Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of West Tytherley & Frenchmoor Parish Council held on 10 May 2004 at 1913h at King Edward's Hall, West Tytherley

1. Present: Councillors A Bowditch (Chairman), T.Mousley (Vice-Chairman), L.Bowditch, S.Dowding, J.Guy, Clerk (D.Lyon) plus Councillor M.Woodhall (HCC), Councillor N.Whiteley (TVBC), and twelve members of the public

2. Apologies Councillors A.McKenzie, D.Rimmington

3. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 12 May 2003

These were signed by the Chairman, Councillor A.Bowditch, at the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on 9 June 2003

4. Election of Chairman

It was proposed by Mr Dowding and seconded by Mr Mousley, that Mr A.Bowditch be elected Chairman. This proposal was carried nem con. Mr Bowditch then signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office

5. Election of Vice-Chairman

It was proposed by Mr Bowditch and seconded by Mr Guy that Mr Mousley be elected Vice-Chairman. This proposal was carried nem con.

6. Appointment of Parish Clerk

David Lyon was confirmed as Parish Clerk

7. Chairman's Annual Report

Mr Bowditch presented the Chairman's Annual Report for the period April 2003 to March 2004. A copy of this report is Annexed to these minutes.

There being no other business the Chairman closed the AGM at 1923h.
