Minutes of
Council Meeting held on 8th May 2006
These were signed by the Chairman, Councillor A. Bowditch, at the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on 12 June 2006.

Election of
Chairman
It was proposed by L. Bowditch and seconded by J.Bundy that A. Bowditch be
elected Chairman. The proposal was
carried nem. con. A. Bowditch then signed a Declaration of
Acceptance of Office.

Election of
Vice-Chairman
It was proposed by A. Mavrogordato and seconded by L. Bowditch that T. Mousley
be elected Vice Chairman. The proposal
was carried nem. con. T. Mousley then signed a Declaration of
Acceptance of Office.
5.
Appointment
of Parish Clerk
L Koetser was confirmed as Parish Clerk.
6.
Chairman’s
Annual Report
A. Bowditch presented the Chairman’s Annual Report for the period April 2006 to March 2007. A copy of this Report is annexed to these minutes.

AOB
There being no other business the
Chairman closed the meeting at 19:30h.
