Minutes of Annual
General Meeting held on 14th May 2007
These were signed by the Chairman, Councillor A. Bowditch, at the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on 11 June 2007.

Election of
Chairman
It was proposed by JG and seconded by TM that AB be elected as
Chairman. The proposal was carried nem. con. AB then signed a Declaration of Acceptance of
Office.

Election of
Vice-Chairman
It was proposed by TM and seconded by JB that JG be elected Vice
Chairman. The proposal was carried nem. con. JG then signed a Declaration of Acceptance of
Office.
5.
Appointment
of Parish Clerk
L Koetser was confirmed as Parish Clerk.
6.
Chairman’s
Annual Report
A. Bowditch presented the Chairman’s Annual Report for the period April 2007 to March 2008. A copy of this Report is annexed to these minutes.

There being no other business the
Chairman closed the meeting at 19:30h.
