January 2005 (incremental date) and that this rate be increased to £8.14/h w.e.f. April 2005 following the national pay award. Taking these figures into account and noting that his wages hadn’t, by an oversight, reflected the 2004 NALC agreed pay award, he claimed back pay in the sum of £118.28 to be included in the amount paid this month (see item 9.2 above). It was proposed by AB and seconded by SD that these changes be agreed.
Clerk also requested that the allowance paid him for use of his house as the Clerk’s office be increased w.e.f. June 2005 from £21.67/m to £25.00/m. It was proposed by LB and seconded by SD that this request be agreed.
